Approved puppy applicants are investing in Boykin Spaniel offspring that reflect the breeder's experience, knowledge, and time; this was a carefully planned pairing. Offspring are expected to conform to breed standard height and weight, exhibit straight to wavy double coated liver coats (dark chocolate possible); an affinity and love for water and field work like their parents (Banks- waterfowl / Kimber- upland), with exceptional on/off switches. We are excited over the prospect of producing offspring we expect will draw heavily upon the excellent conformation and traits of the Rock’n Creek and Thornhill lines; the COI of 3.07 should assist us in this endeavor. The progeny pedigree represents an intersection of pedigree lines with broad considerations given to health, breed standard, conformation, prey drive, temperament, biddable training nature, and the recognizably strong genetic bloodlines represented in the complete five-generation pedigree (Thornhill, Pocotaligo, Brier Creek, Show Me, Rock’n Creek, Madison, and Just Ducky).

Puppies are cared for 24/7, within our home. Extensive care is given to the whelping and rearing setup; including a solid whelping box combined with a flooring platform to accommodate a heated whelping nest and non-slip flooring material to maximize puppy traction and reducing the chance of environmentally-induced hip distress while playing and interacting with siblings.

Breeder supports all BSS recommended genetic testing. ‘Clear by Parentage’ certificates for CEA and DM will be shared. All puppies will be evaluated for the potential of being a single-gene EIC carrier for statistical purposes; ‘Carriers’ lack the second gene required for the related disease to develop. All certificates will be electronic and shared through Paw Print Genetics.

Weighing 44 lbs, measuring 17.8” at the shoulder, and exhibiting a thick rich liver double coat with slight waves. Banks exhibits correct conformation and possesses a strong natural desire to hunt with a style that is smooth and effortless to watch. Banks is the son of HRCH “Cash” MHR and HRCH CH “Kit” MH MHR. Having been shown at the 2024 Westminster Kennel Club dog show in NYC, he is a powerful example of the Boykin Spaniel breed both in and out of the field.

Kimber is proportionate and representative of the breed standard. She exhibits field drive, biddable nature along with great marking and scent abilities; loving all things afield she inherited an impressive water entry from both pedigree lines. She has an excellent on/off switch, displays a calm and relaxed demeanor in the home and traveling, and is great with children and other animals; her pedigree is respectable descending from well documented lines.
