THE ADMINISTOR AND CREATOR OF HUNTINGBOYKINPEDIGREE.COM HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR MEANING OF ANY SUCH INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE SITE. USERES HEREBY AGREE TO USE OR RELY ON SUCH INFORMATION SOLELY AT THEIR OWN RISK. Hunting Lab pedigree keeps records when a dog is updated as well as when a dog is added (as well as the user involved). Certified Testing (such as OFA, CERF, CNM, EIC, etc) � BECAUSE OF LEGAL CONFINENTIALITY ISSUES, I REQUEST ONLY TO INSERT A DOG'S CLEARED/NORMAL/CARRIER INFORMATION AND THAT THE HEALTH CLEARANCE NUMBERS ARE IN CONJUCTION WITH THE APPROPRIATE CERTIFICATION ORGANIZATION. THIS INFROMATION IS PUBLIC TO ALL IN THE APPROPIATE CERTIFICATION ORGANIZATION DATABASES. IF YOU DECIDE IN INFRINGE ON THE AGREEMENT AND PUT INTO THE DATABASE THAT A DOG HAS A GENETIC DEFECT OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION THAT DOES EQUAL THE CORRESPONDING CERTIFICATION ORGINIZATION, YOU ARE INFRINGEMENT ON THE DOG'S OWNER'S LEGAL CONFIDENTIALITY AND YOU (THE USER IN QUESTION) MAY BE LIABLE. I do keep records of what information is entered and who enters them. Prohibition of Falsification, Defamation, or Slander: 1. Prohibition of False Information or Defamation: Any individual or entity who knowingly submits, publishes, or disseminates false, misleading, or defamatory information about a dog, its genetic status, health clearance, or any other aspect related to the dog�s welfare or the dog�s owner, shall be in violation of this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, any action taken with the intent to harm the reputation, safety, or well-being of the dog, its owner, or any associated parties (such as breeders, trainers, or caretakers). 2. Slander, Libel, and Malicious Claims: The intentional spread of false oral (slander) or written (libel) statements about the dog, its health status, or its association with any individual or organization will be treated as defamation. This includes any untrue assertions regarding the dog�s breed, temperament, health defects, behavior, or genetic history, whether made in private, in the public domain, or through any medium of communication (e.g., social media, websites, blogs, publications, etc.). 3. Liability for Slander and Defamation: If any party engages in slander, libel, or maliciously defames the dog or its associations�whether through public statements, online posts, or any other form of communication�such actions will result in legal action and the liable party may be held responsible for any and all damages, including reputational harm, financial loss, emotional distress, and legal fees incurred by the dog�s owner or any affected parties. 4. Legal Recourse for Harmful Intent: Any party who seeks to intentionally harm the reputation or associations of the dog through slander, libel, or false claims will be subject to legal consequences. The dog�s owner reserves the right to pursue civil litigation and seek compensation for any resulting damage to the dog�s reputation, the owner�s personal or professional interests, and any related business or community associations. Health Information Confidentiality and Liability Clause: 1. Authorized Information Sharing: Due to legal confidentiality protections, only health information related to the dog�s genetic status that is officially cleared, normal, or carrier status, and that aligns with the corresponding certification organization�s database, may be disclosed. This information will be made publicly available through the appropriate certification organization�s authorized databases, which are accessible to relevant parties. 2. Accuracy of Certification Information: Any health clearance information, including but not limited to genetic testing results, must match the official certification organization�s records. The health clearance numbers provided for the dog must be consistent with the certification organization�s verification and status. 3. Prohibition of Falsification or Defamation: If any individual or entity enters or disseminates inaccurate, false, or misleading information regarding a dog�s health, genetic status, or any other aspect not consistent with the official certification organization's database, such an action constitutes a breach of legal confidentiality. This includes but is not limited to claims regarding genetic defects or any health status that does not align with the certification organization�s findings. 4. Legal Liability for Breach of Confidentiality: By violating this agreement and submitting or publishing incorrect health-related information in a public or private database, the user (or party responsible for the entry) may be held legally liable for any harm or damages caused to the dog�s owner, including but not limited to reputational harm, legal costs, or financial damages resulting from the misrepresentation. 5. Accountability for Defamation or Malfeasance: Any actions taken by a user (or any individual/entity) to maliciously alter or insert false information, with intent to harm or defame the dog, the dog�s owner, or their reputation, will be considered an infringement of legal confidentiality and may lead to civil or criminal penalties under applicable laws.
